Who we are
HONDE FURNITURE (“we”) develops, sources and ships upholstered beds and matching nightstands for importers, retailers and e-commerce sellers. This policy covers what happens to personal data when you use hondehome.com or send an inquiry through it.

What we collect
The inquiry form
The form asks for your name and email (required) and, optionally, company, target market, product and quantity. We use it to answer you: a sample date, a price per configuration, or an alternative product. There is no account to create, and we take no payment details on this site.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-VEPKMVNKYH) to count visits and see which pages buyers read. It records the pages viewed, approximate location (from your IP address, at country or city level), device and browser, the site that referred you, and button use such as a WhatsApp click. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and there is no advertising or remarketing on this site.
Clicking a WhatsApp button takes you out of this site and into WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. What you send there is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy; we see the number and the messages you choose to send us.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records ordinary request logs (IP address, browser, time) to run the site and to block abuse.

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to change your choice at any time; rejecting analytics also deletes the Google Analytics cookies your browser already holds. This site sets no advertising cookies.
Who else sees it
- Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited — visit statistics, processed on our behalf.
- Our hosting and email providers — to serve the site and deliver mail.
- Meta (WhatsApp) — only when you choose to contact us there.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.
Where it is processed
Our hosting and analytics providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept while we deal with your request and any commercial relationship that follows; email us to have them deleted sooner. Analytics event data is kept for the retention period set on our Google Analytics property.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, and for it to be corrected, deleted, restricted or transferred, or object to our processing. Email [email protected]; we answer within one month. If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
Children
This site is for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
